Developing memory services for younger people

We would like to talk to people affected by dementia before the age of 65. We know that services aren’t always right for younger people and we want to change this.

Could you help us develop support for people after a diagnosis of young onset dementia?

We are inviting younger people with dementia and their families to discuss plans for a post-diagnostic education course and support.
