Volunteering with Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre

Anyone over 18 years of age can volunteer for Wigan and Leigh Carers Centre, although you will need to have an Enhanced DBS carried out before you start. If you choose to volunteer for us, we will cover the cost of the DBS check.

No experience or qualifications are necessary, but we do need two references from people or work colleagues that you know.

Having a driving licence and access to a car is beneficial, but it will not stop you from volunteering.

Training and out of pocket expenses are provided and we guarantee you will have a rewarding experience.
