WALYC Provides over 200 Well-being and Resilience Packs to Young Carers.

The team from WALYC have been able to supply each young carer with a wellbeing bag full of exciting activities.

As well as a journal to record their lock-down journey, the bag include toys and treats, as well as recipes, and information on where to seek further help.




Staff and Volunteers distributed the bags

The packs were financed by Wigan Rotary Club and from Councillor Debra Wailes’s Brighter Borough budget.


The photographs show some of the recipients along with the volunteers who helped pack and deliver the bags.
