Young Carers Christmas Tree

On Wednesday evening, young carers came along to the Carers Centre to decorate their own Christmas tree.
There was a real festive atmosphere as they worked together to add their own Christmas magic and create individual personalised decorations to add to the tree…..just amazing!!!
