It’s more important than ever that young carers have a say in what matters to them. They play a vital role in our community. Your experiences and opinions will be heard. We want to know your thoughts, so that we understand what is helpful and what might be missing when caring for a family member.

If you need any help with the survey, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and will try to assist. We want as many young carers to access the survey and share their views. If you need a paper version, that can be done too!
Parents / Carers
We know that not all young people can access this survey via the Facebook page. It will also be emailed out to your family email address that we hold for you on our systems. We would ask for your assistance in helping your child to access and complete the survey so that everyone has an opportunity to share their views.
Closing date
The closing date for the survey will be Sunday 8th October 2023.
Prizes!
You can enter the prize draw as thank you for taking part in this survey. There will be an iPad and vouchers to be won. We will need your name and contact details for this.
About the survey
Please try and complete as much of the survey as you can (we promise there aren’t too many questions!!). Take your time and be honest when filling out the survey.
