Christmas Toy Appeal

Friends of Young Carers is having a Christmas Toy Appeal, calling on all residents in the borough to help make a child’s Christmas a happy one.

Our volunteers are at the ASDA Superstore in Wigan on 16th-19th December to collect any donated toys for children aged between 5 & 16 years old.

We ask that you dontate toys and gifts that are age appropriate for 5-16 year old boys and girls. The toys must be new, not used, and can be handed in to one of our volounteers at the ASDA store on the dates above.

For the families we work with, Christmas can prove an extra struggle: trying to provide a perfect Christmas for their children whilst facing ongoing financial and emotional difficulties.
