Embrace Summer Activities

Attendees have to live in Wigan, have a disability and be between 14 and 19 years of age.

All our activities are fully inclusive, however for Embrace to best support the young adults attending we will need a completed All About Me form given to us prior to the start of the activity. We are more than happy to fill this in with you.
