Getting a Carer’s Assessment could be the first step to gaining vital support.

Getting a Carer’s Assessment could be the first step to gaining vital support.

It’s your chance to discuss the help you need as a carer.

What is a Carer’s Assessment?

Many carers find it easier to continue in their caring role if they can get some support.
A Carer’s Assessment is an opportunity for you to speak to someone about your caring role and the impact it has on YOUR life.
It is not a test to see how well you are caring, but a conversation without judgement, to identify what support may assist you to maintain your own health and wellbeing.
